Street AR Function: Simulating Blade Cutting Position

This is an introduction of the street AR function installed to DFD6363. After the operator inputs the device data, this function displays the cutting position overlapping the microscope image of the wafer, enabling simulation of processing position misalignment and cutting order (patent pending).

Note:This function can also be installed to other equipment models that have Software Ver. 3.0 or later.
